Is everything halal?
Yes. Everything we serve is 100% alcohol free, halal and gluten free, so no one at your event has to ask what is in the glass or sit the toast out. It is a big part of why mosques, churches, schools and community groups keep booking us back.
Can you handle a big crowd?
Yes. We have poured for festival crowds in the hundreds and size the menu, dispensers and team to your expected turnout so the queue keeps moving. Tell us your numbers and we will recommend the right setup.
Can you set up outdoors or at a market?
Yes, anywhere across Sydney. Our bars are on wheels and we have worked school grounds, halls, courtyards and open lawns. Let us know about the access, the ground surface and what is available on site and we will plan around it.
Is your team all female?
Yes. Our mixologists are all women, which makes us a straightforward fit for sisters’ nights, women’s gatherings and any event where that matters. Tell us when you enquire if the space is women only and we will plan the setup and pack down around it.
Are you insured and food safe?
Yes. We carry $20M public liability insurance and hold certified food safety qualifications. We are happy to send the paperwork through to your venue, school or council ahead of time, which is usually all they need to sign the booking off.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better, especially around Ramadan, Eid and the end of year when weekends fill quickly. If your date is close, still ask. Send your details to info@siptalesaus.com and we will come back within 24 hours.
